VaidyaPlus does not sell or share data with third parties.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and medical record laws.
7. App Updates & Feature Changes
VaidyaPlus may update, modify, or add features at any time.
Some features may be added, changed, or discontinued without prior notice.
Lifetime free updates apply only to features included in the subscribed plan.
8. Pricing, Payments & Subscription
Pricing and plans are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional or limited-period offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Failure to renew may result in suspension or limited access to the Service.
9. Service Availability
